FAQ's

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We ship orders on Monday through Friday and we don't operate on public holidays or weekends. We always focus to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays especially after new releases! Usually processing time is 2-5 days followed by your choice in shipping time. Your patience is appreciated.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.

USA:
We use First Class USPS 2-5 Day and Priority Mail 2-3 Day for all orders (depending on which you chose at check out).

INTERNATIONAL:
This goes through First Class International and is NOT trackable by us. Your gear should appear in about 1 to 3 weeks after we ship it. Keep in mind if your package goes missing, there’s not much we can do about it and we can't be held liable because we do not have control outside of the USA.
Duties: Some countries may charge import customs fees or other random charges, we do our best to get packages to you but sometimes these fees are unavoidable.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can change your order but it must be with in 2 hours of purchase. After that chances are it's already underway. To change email orders@JamieKoala.com and we'll help you out.

CAN EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Koala Art And Design ONLY offers returns for store credit; if an item is defective please contact us. All items sent internationally are FINAL SALE. All custom ordered items, Art Prints, Original Art Pieces, Body Jewelry (ie Plugs), Underwear, Masks, Limited Edition, One Of A Kind, Grab Bags and pieces bought on flash sales are FINAL SALE; these pieces are not refundable. ALL BODY JEWELRY INCLUDING PLUGS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

In order to return an item for store credit please follow the steps below: We offer a 14 day (from date of purchase) store credit only policy. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received, not washed, not worn, free of pet hair, labels/hangtags attached, and odor-free.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Upon receiving your store credit only return, we will inspect, process, and email you your store credit.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MADE?

Koala Art & Design's handmade products are designed by Jamie Koala. Custom products are designed and made in the USA; some items are made internationally, please review each product description for specific details.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY NEW PRODUCTS?

For all fabric dresses, shirts and tanks we will ALWAYS suggest hand washing in cool water and air drying. This keeps colors vibrant and stops pieces from shrinking. We never suggest putting clothes you love in washing machines or dryers on intense or high settings! Our motto is if you like it, don't put it in the dryer (not a super creative motto but really they destroy everything by heating and shrinking fabric fibers)!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRE-ORDER AND MADE TO ORDER?

Pre-order means the item is up for a specific time only and will take a few weeks to ship out! If you don’t have a few weeks or are impatient don’t order pre-order items!
Made to Order means the products are created as ordered! Made to Order items can take extra days to ship out (1-2 weeks), but you can order any time unlike pre-order where you only have a set amount of time order. Made to Order Items ship directly from our print house. 

I SAW AN ITEM NOT ON YOUR SITE ANYMORE, ARE YOU STILL SELLING IT? WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

Most of the pieces created are Limited Edition items and have short runs; with this said if you see an item in the store that you like make sure to purchase it when you see it because chances are it will be out of stock the next time you come to the store. Extravagant items such as Deer Necklaces, Purses, and Dresses etc... can be discontinued at anytime - and will all be eventually. Some items may come back, some may not.
