The Pack Shirt features an original Jamie Koala art piece. This is a full color pattern on both front and back. Since these shirts are printed via sublimation some seams like under the armpits or around the collar might show small white spots.

Male model is wearing a Medium. Female model is wearing a Small.

These shirts are unisex fitted Coolmax Shirts (kind of like a jersey mixed with a normal tee, they rock!). Hand wash cold water, air dry. Activewear mens shirts run a 1/2 size larger than the cotton blend shirts on the website.

- SHIPPING:
  
  We ship orders on Monday through Friday and we don't operate on public holidays or weekends. We always focus to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays especially after new releases! Usually processing time is 2-5 days. Made To Order Items processing time is 5-10 days. Your patience is appreciated.
  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
  
  USA:
  We use First Class USPS 2-5 Day and Priority Mail 2-3 Day for all orders (depending on which you chose at check out).
  
  INTERNATIONAL:
  This goes through First Class International and is NOT trackable by us. Your gear should appear in about 1 to 3 weeks after we ship it. Keep in mind if you choose this option and your package goes missing, there’s not much we can do about it and we can't be held liable because we do not have control outside of the USA.
  Duties: Some countries may charge import customs fees or other random charges, we do our best to get packages to you but sometimes these fees are unavoidable.
  
  RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
  
  Koala Art And Design ONLY offers exchanges. WE DO NOT offer exchanges or returns on International orders! All items sent internationally are FINAL SALE. Please check sizing charts and email us for any sizing questions you may have. In order to exchange an item please follow the steps below: We offer a 14 day (from date of purchase) exchange policy. Once your order passes the 14 day mark, this policy no longer applies to your order NO EXCEPTIONS. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received, not washed, not worn, labels/hangtags attached, and odor-free (make sure when trying an item on that you are not wearing a deodorant/body spray that will leave stains/fragrances). If an item is defective please contact us with photos. Body jewelry and Underwear is not exchangeable and is FINAL SALE for sanitary reasons.
